WG999 Terms & Conditions — For All Players Good to Know

Account Registration & Use

To open an account on WG999, you must register with accurate and complete information. Your name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth must all be truthful. wg999 reserves the right to close any account created with false information, at any time.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited. However, the process of returning genuine deposited funds will still proceed.

• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• Any changes to account information must be verified through the support team.
• Mobile number verification is required before your first withdrawal after registration.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and participate in betting or gaming on WG999. For age verification, wg999 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport.

You confirm that you are playing on wg999 of your own free will, knowingly, and for entertainment purposes only. Betting on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional syndicate is not permitted on this platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

WG999 supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple local payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes, though in exceptional circumstances they may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳ 200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before processing large withdrawals.
• Wg999 does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits and withdrawals cannot be made using a third party's account. You must use a payment account registered in your own name.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers at WG999 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Before claiming any bonus, you should read its individual terms. The wagering requirement, validity period, and list of eligible games are all clearly stated alongside each bonus.

• The welcome bonus (200%) applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.
• It is not possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

Wg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of any bonus already activated will not be changed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Odds in live betting can shift quickly — the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a server or software error, wg999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum and minimum betting limits vary by event — check the bet slip for details.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay — such as a lost internet connection — the result recorded on wg999's servers shall be considered final.

Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently audited. Every game result is entirely random and has no connection to previous outcomes.

Security, Identity Verification (KYC) & Privacy

Wg999 uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify the identity of every player. Identity documents may be requested when making a large withdrawal for the first time or if unusual activity is detected on an account.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
• All personal data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers.
• Your information will never be sold or shared with any third party.

Wg999 follows international standards to prevent money laundering and fraud. Where suspicious activity is detected, wg999 may be obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

Wg999 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income. Every player has easy access to tools for setting their own limits.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Session Timer: Set up automatic logout after a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a period of 30 to 90 days.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended once losses reach a set threshold.

Account Suspension & Closure

To close your account at any time, email support@wg999.click. Your request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

Wg999 also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Wg999 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised. It is good practice to check this page regularly.
